Nope! We’ll enter through a predetermined entry point, such as a side gate. Please make sure gate is unlocked with safe and clear access free from any obstructions. We won’t attempt to hop gates or hurdle fences. If gates are locked and we cannot access your yard, you’ll still be charged for that visit. We will always try to make contact with you if gates are locked. We will also try to revisit same day, if possible.

Absolutely no contracts required! At The POO Crew, we offer the flexibility to cancel our service anytime with just a simple 24-hour notice on your usual service day. However, please note that certain special offers may have specific duration commitments in place.

We're absolutely smitten with dogs and thoroughly enjoy their company! During our initial visit, we look forward to meeting both you and your furry friend, ensuring a warm introduction and a welcoming experience in your yard for future visits. However, if your dog tends to hinder our access to your property, we kindly request that they be safely confined while we work our magic. In the event we're unable to gain access due to your dog's presence, please note that a visit charge may apply.

Yes, we are a professional organization with insurance and we also carry worker’s compensation for our employees. 

We are happy to provide our hard-working team a much deserved rest day on federal holidays. We believe our client's appreciate our dedication to ensuring that our staff has access to these benefits.

At The POO Crew, we have a strong belief in responsible waste management. That's why we never leave dog waste in your garbage. Instead, we meticulously collect it using biodegradable plastic bags and properly dispose of it in designated landfills. This approach not only provides the best solution for our valued customers but also ensures that unpleasant odors are kept at bay, leaving you with a fresh and odor-free environment.

Unlike most of our competitors who bill by the week, The POO Crew offers a convenient flat monthly service. We have found that this approach brings greater ease, particularly during holidays. While we do perform approximately six additional cleanings during longer months, we do not charge extra for holidays. This balanced approach ensures that the overall cost remains consistent, eliminating the need for complicated billing adjustments. We believe that a flat monthly rate simplifies the billing process and provides a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
